Poached Salmon in Egg Sauce

Directions

  1. 1Wrap each salmon fillet in cheesecloth and tie the ends.
  2. 2Submerge the salmon bundles into a pot of boiling water.
  3. 3Remove the salmon from the boiling water once cooked.
  4. 4Unwrap the salmon and remove the cheesecloth.
  5. 5Melt butter in a bowl and whisk in water, then add chopped hard-boiled eggs.
  6. 6Pour the egg sauce over the cooked salmon and garnish with parsley.

  • 2 piece salmon fillet
  • 2 hard-boiled egg
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/2 cup water
  • parsley, chopped (optional)

Tips
