Tips
If using dried rice noodles, soak them in hot water for 10 minutes.
If using a tougher cut of beef, marinate in 1/4 tsp baking soda, 1 tbsp soy sauce, and 1 tbsp rice wine.
Make sure to separate the noodles if you’re using fresh rice noodles.
Garnish with a little more Thai basil.
