  1. 1In a bowl, mix milk, yogurt, clarified butter, sugar, eggs and salt.
  2. 2Add the flour and baking soda to the bowl.
  3. 3Knead the dough until smooth and elastic.
  4. 4Let the dough rest for a while.
  5. 5Prepare the filling by chopping onions, potatoes and parsley.
  6. 6Mix the chopped vegetables, minced beef, salt, pepper and dried chili.
  7. 7Divide the dough into small balls.
  8. 8Roll out the dough balls into thin circles.
  9. 9Add the filling to the center of each circle.
  10. 10Fold the dough over the filling to form a half-moon shape.
  11. 11Crimp the edges of the samsa using a fork.
  12. 12Brush the samsa with egg yolk.
  13. 13Cook the samsa in a cast iron pan over a fire until golden brown.
