In a bowl, mix milk, yogurt, clarified butter, sugar, eggs and salt.

Add the flour and baking soda to the bowl.

Knead the dough until smooth and elastic.

Let the dough rest for a while.

Prepare the filling by chopping onions, potatoes and parsley.

Mix the chopped vegetables, minced beef, salt, pepper and dried chili.

Divide the dough into small balls.

Roll out the dough balls into thin circles.
