2Season the meat mixture of ground pork and ground beef (or just pork or just beef) with onions, minced garlic, onion powder, chili flakes, black pepper, and salt.
3Form the seasoned meat into small meatballs.
4Bake the meatballs in the oven for 10-12 minutes.
5While the meatballs are baking, prepare the sauce by combining soy sauce, oyster sauce, mirin, honey, brown sugar, minced garlic, sesame oil, and chili garlic sauce.
6Bring the sauce to a boil.
7Add a cornstarch slurry (cornstarch and water) to the boiling sauce to thicken it up.
8Once the meatballs are ready, add them into a pan.
9Pour the prepared sauce over the meatballs in the pan.
10Mix the meatballs and sauce together until well coated.

Tips
Using a mix of ground pork and ground beef is optional, you can use either just ground pork or just ground beef.
Binding the meat without egg or breadcrumbs makes the meatballs lighter and less dense.
