Brown the ground beef in a pot until it is brown.
Drain the fat from the beef using a paper towel.
Add 2 tablespoons of minced dehydrated onion, a metric ton of garlic, and Italian seasoning to the beef.
Add one jar of pasta sauce and half a jar of water to the pot and stir.
Add one and a half boxes of pasta to the sauce and stir.
Add one box of beef broth to the pot.
Bring the mixture to a simmer, then cover and cook until most of the liquid is absorbed and the pasta is halfway cooked.
While the pasta is cooking, prepare the ricotta mixture: combine a 15-ounce container of ricotta, one egg, one cup of grated parmesan, about one teaspoon of garlic, fresh cracked black pepper, and parsley in a bowl and stir.
Turn off the heat from the pasta, stir everything, and dollop the ricotta mixture into the pasta, nestling it in the noodles.
Sprinkle 16 ounces of mozzarella cheese on top of the pasta.
Bake in the oven at 325 degrees until done (approximately 30 minutes).
