Million Dollar Spaghetti

Directions

  1. 1Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. 2Add ground beef to the skillet and cook through.
  3. 3Once beef is cooked, add in the jar of pasta sauce, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, ground cumin, and a little salt and pepper to preference (or use taco seasoning).
  4. 4Reduce the heat and let the meat sauce continue to cook on low while preparing the rest of the ingredients.
  5. 5In a blender or food processor, add cottage cheese, half a cup of milk, half a cup of grated parmesan cheese, four cloves of garlic, and a little salt and pepper.
  6. 6Blend until nice and smooth to create the Alfredo sauce.
  7. 7Follow the instructions on the package to cook the pasta.
  8. 8Strain the cooked pasta.
  9. 9Grab a 9x13 casserole dish.
  10. 10Add the cooked pasta and the Alfredo sauce to the casserole dish.
  11. 11Mix well until all the spaghetti is coated.
  12. 12Add the meat sauce on top of the coated spaghetti.
  13. 13Top with shredded cheese.
  14. 14Pop the casserole dish in the oven on 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 to 15 minutes.
  15. 15Portion out the meal into containers.

  • 0.5 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 4 Garlic Cloves
  • 0.5 Tbsp Chili Powder
  • 0.5 Tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 0.5 Tbsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Ground Cumin
  • Salt
  • Pepper
