Ingredients

  • 0.66 cup mayo
  • 0.33 cup Greek yogurt
  • 0.25 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 cloves freshly minced garlic
  • 4 cloves freshly minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 0.5 tsp sea salt
  • 0.5 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 dash cayenne

Tips

  • You can use jarred garlic.
  • You can tell if olive oil is good by how spicy it is.
  • If you use enough Worcestershire sauce, you don't have to use anchovies.
  • Don't use yellow mustard, it has to be Dijon.
  • Don't be afraid to add a little more parmesan cheese.
  • You can bottle this up and use it as much as you want.
