Directions

  1. 1Sauté some onions in a pot with a little bit of vegetable oil.
  2. 2Add two cups of long grain white rice and toast for a couple of minutes.
  3. 3Add one jar of tomato sauce and water (check rice package for correct amount).
  4. 4Sprinkle in chicken bouillon powder and cook according to package instructions.
  5. 5Dice two chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
  6. 6Season the chicken with a packet of taco seasoning in a skillet and let it cook for about seven to eight minutes until fully done.
  7. 7Place some rice on a plate, top it with the cooked chicken, and pour on the queso dip.

  • 1 jar tomato sauce
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon chicken bouillon powder
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 container queso dip
