Directions

  1. 1Break ground turkey into small pieces.
  2. 2Grate Colby Jack cheese.
  3. 3Cook ground turkey in olive oil with taco seasoning.
  4. 4Spread cream cheese in a baking dish.
  5. 5Add cooked turkey on top of cream cheese.
  6. 6Spread the turkey evenly and add chopped onions and tomatoes.
  7. 7Cover the dish with grated Colby Jack cheese.
  8. 8Bake at 325°F (163°C) for 10 minutes.
  9. 9Serve with Tostitos scoops.

  • 1 package ground turkey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 package taco seasoning mix
  • 1 package whipped cream cheese
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 1 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1 package Colby Jack cheese
  • 1 bag Tostitos scoops multigrain
