Directions

  1. 1Melt butter in a saucepan.
  2. 2Add flour and whisk.
  3. 3Add beer and whisk.
  4. 4Add milk and whisk.
  5. 5Add shredded cheddar cheese and whisk until melted.
  6. 6Add cheddar cheese slices and stir until melted.
  7. 7Add paprika, buffalo wing sauce and salt and stir.
  8. 8Bake pretzel nuggets.
  9. 9Pour cheese dip into a bowl.
  10. 10Serve with pretzel nuggets for dipping.

  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 bottle Stella Artois beer
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese
  • 2 slices cheddar cheese slices
  • 1 pinch paprika
  • 2 tablespoons buffalo wing sauce
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 24 pretzel nuggets
