Directions

  1. 1Mix the cornstarch and water in a small bowl until well integrated.
  2. 2Reserve the slurry.
  3. 3Combine the raspberries, sugar, and lemon juice.
  4. 4Cook over medium heat, and when it starts to boil, add the slurry to the pot.
  5. 5Keep mixing until the marmalade thickens; this will take one to two minutes.
  6. 6Prepare the crumble.
  7. 7Mix all the ingredients in the description, and with a cutter or fork, integrate all the ingredients.

  9. 9Sift the flour with the baking powder in a large bowl.

  • 15 g maicena
  • 15 g agua
  • 7 g jugo de limón

Tips

  • El nombre técnico de la mezcla de maicena y agua se llama slurry.
