Directions

  1. 1In a mug, add the cottage cheese, mayonnaise, garlic & herb cheese, Parmesan, and spinach.
  2. 2Mix it gently.
  3. 3Microwave for 30 seconds.
  4. 4Stir the dip.
  5. 5Top it with a little more grated Parmesan.
  6. 6Microwave another 30-45 seconds.

  • 0.66 cup 1% cottage cheese
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp garlic & herb cheese
  • 1 tbsp grated Parmesan
  • 1 cup chopped spinach
