Cook rice and transfer it to a bowl.

Add rice vinegar to the rice and mix well.

Divide the seasoned rice into three storage containers, pressing it down to form a base.

Sprinkle furikake over the rice in each container.

Shred crab sticks.

Chop cooked shrimp.

Combine the shredded crab and chopped shrimp in a bowl.

Add cream cheese to the crab and shrimp mixture.

Add Sriracha to the mixture.

Add mayonnaise to the mixture and stir until combined.

Spread the crab and shrimp mixture evenly over the rice in each container.

Sprinkle more furikake and seaweed flakes over the mixture.

Drizzle eel sauce over the sushi bake.

Add a zigzag of mayonnaise on top of each sushi bake.

Cover the containers and freeze for later.

When ready to eat, take out of the freezer for half an hour, microwave or bake, and top with avocado.
