Directions

  1. 1اول حاجة هنشوح اللحمة بتاعتنا كويس قوي في الزبدة
  2. 2هنحط عليها ملح وفلفل اسود
  3. 3هنقلبهم كويس لغاية أما ياخدوا اللون ده
  4. 4بعد كده هنزل عليه بورق لوري وحبهان
  5. 5هقلبهم مع بعض وهنزل ببصلتين كبار يكونوا متقطعنه جوليان
  6. 6اول ما ياخدوا اللون ده هننزل عليهم بالمية
  7. 7ونسيبها بقى تستوي براحتها خالص
  8. 8اول لما تستوي مقطع كده بطاطس كيوبس هنزلهم على اللحمة
  9. 9هسيبها بس تغلي غلوتين وادخلهم بقى في الطاجن في الفرن
