Directions
- 1Pour olive oil into a pan.
- 2Add ground meat and chop it with a spatula.
- 3Add red onion and parsley.
- 4Add briningdorf, cumin, curcuma, harissa and mix well.
- 5Add cream cheese and mix well.
- 6Cut the puff pastry, add cream cheese and meat mix and close the dough.
- 7Fry each side of the dough in the pan.
- 8Brush with egg.
- 9Garnish with parsley.
