Egg Sandwich with Hot Dogs

Directions
- 1Crack and whisk four eggs in a bowl.
- 2Slice a tomato and a jalapeno pepper.
- 3Melt butter in a frying pan.
- 4Place bread slices and hot dogs in the pan.
- 5Pour the whisked eggs over the bread and hot dogs.
- 6Add cheddar cheese slices.
- 7Top with jalapeno slices.
- 8Add mozzarella cheese, tomato slices, ketchup and mustard.
- 9Cook until the eggs are set and the cheese is melted.
- 10Wrap the sandwich in plastic wrap.
- 11Cut the sandwich in half and serve.
