Directions

  1. 1Lascia in infusione in acqua tre bustine di tè nero.
  2. 2Elimina la buccia e il seme dal mango.
  3. 3Fai bollire il mango tagliato a pezzi con dell'acqua per 5 minuti.
  4. 4Spegni il fuoco e aggiungi della menta al mango bollito.
  5. 5Lascia raffreddare completamente il composto di mango e menta.
  6. 6Unisci il tè e il mango, filtrando il tutto.
  7. 7Aggiungi ghiaccio e mescola.

  • 500 ml acqua
  • 8 foglie di menta
  • 500 ml acqua
  • a volontà Ghiaccio
