Directions

  1. 1To prepare the wings, first dry the chicken wings thoroughly.

  6. 6For the Spicy Korean sauce, combine 2 tbsp soy sauce or coco aminos, 2 tbsp honey, 3 tbsp ketchup, 1 tbsp light brown sugar, 2 tbsp mirin, 1 tbsp rice vinegar, 0.25 cup gochujang, and 2 tsp garlic powder in a saucepan.

  8. 8Prepare a cornstarch slurry by mixing 1 tbsp cornstarch with 1 tbsp water, then add it to the boiling sauce to thicken.
  9. 9For the Garlic Parm sauce, melt 0.25 cup butter in a saucepan.
  10. 10Add 2 tbsp garlic powder, juice from 0.25 of a lemon, 1 tsp lemon zest, 1 tsp salt, 0.5 tsp black pepper, and 0.5 cup freshly grated Parmesan to the melted butter and stir.
  11. 11For the Louisiana Rub, add 2 tbsp melted butter to the cooked chicken wings in a bowl.
  12. 12Then add the dry rub mixture consisting of 2 tbsp granulated sugar, 1 tbsp salt, 1 tsp ginger powder, 1 tsp garlic powder, 0.5 tsp onion powder, 2 tsp paprika, 0.5 tsp dried oregano, 1 tsp dried thyme, 0.5 tsp cayenne pepper, and 0.5 tsp ground black pepper.
  13. 13Toss the wings to coat evenly with the rub.
  14. 14Pour the prepared Spicy Korean sauce over a portion of the cooked wings and toss to coat.
  15. 15Pour the prepared Garlic Parm sauce over another portion of the cooked wings and toss to coat.
  16. 16Serve the wings with the various flavors.
