Directions

  1. 1Place the stew meat in the crockpot.
  2. 2Add 1 packet of onion soup mix.
  3. 3Add 1 packet of au jus gravy.
  4. 4Pour in 1 cup of beef broth.
  5. 5Add 3 tablespoons of butter.
  6. 6Stir everything together.
  7. 7Cover and cook on low for 5 hours.
  8. 8Serve over mashed potatoes, with a side of green beans.
