Directions

  1. 1Cook seasoned ground beef.
  2. 2Add ginger, garlic, and onion to the beef.
  3. 3Add frozen mixed vegetables.
  4. 4Add cooked rice.
  5. 5Add scrambled eggs
  6. 6Pour in homemade sauce.
  7. 7Serve the fried rice.
  8. 8Garnish with green onions and jalapenos.

  • 1 tbsp Ginger
  • 1 tbsp Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Onion
  • 1 cup Frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
  • 1 cup Cooked rice
  • 2 Scrambled eggs
  • 1 cup Homemade sauce
  • 1 handful Green onions
  • 1 handful Jalapenos
