Directions

  1. 1Make a thick jelly using sauces, chicken bouillon, and cornstarch.
  2. 2While the jelly cools, make the dough with all-purpose flour.
  3. 3Let the dough rest for 20 minutes.
  4. 4Finish the stuffing by adding the minced char siu.
  5. 5Split the dough into balls.
  6. 6Shape the baos.
  7. 7Let it all rest for 30 minutes.
  8. 8Steam the baos for 10 minutes.
