Start with the filling: combine ground pork, soy sauce, oyster sauce, shaoxing wine, leek olive oil, white pepper, chicken bouillon, lemongrass powder, chicken bouillon powder, corn starch, grated ginger, grated garlic, finely chopped green onion bottoms, and finely chopped carrot.

Mix the filling until well combined.

Layer pork filling, a wonton wrapper, and some napa cabbage.

Repeat the layering a few times.

Drizzle with sesame oil.

Pour over water.

Steam for 20 minutes in either a basket or use a pot filled with an inch of water and a lid on.

Finish with green onions and chili crisp.

454 g ground pork
4 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp shaoxing wine
1 tbsp leek olive oil
1 tsp white pepper
1 tsp chicken bouillon
2 tsp lemongrass powder
1 tbsp chicken bouillon powder
1 tbsp corn starch
1 knob Ginger grated
3 cloves garlic grated
0.5 cup green onion bottoms finely chopped
0.5 cup carrot finely chopped
1 pack wonton wrappers
2 tsp sesame oil
0.5 cup water
Napa cabbage
Chili crisp
Green onions tops

Tips
The dish ends up less like wonton soup and more like a giant soup dumpling.
The name "wonton lasagna" isn't totally sold, consider "wonton zanya" or "wontanya" instead.
Season both the wonton filling and the broth for a lot of flavor.
