Directions

  1. 1Throw in some butter on a nonstick skillet
  2. 2Coat the whole thing and add some white sweet onions
  3. 3Cook them under medium heat.
  4. 4To deglaze it just throw in some water
  5. 5Cook them nice and slow until you have a nice golden color
  6. 6Using the same exact pan, throw in ground beef
  7. 7Cook the ground beef under medium-high heat.
  8. 8Break everything down to little pieces
  9. 9Keep cooking the ground beef until it's a hundred percent fully cooked
  10. 10Once fully cooked you wanna season it with salt, freshly ground black pepper, garlic powder, Korean chili flakes and onion powder
  11. 11Mix it well until everything is fully combined
  12. 12Add the cheese and mix everything well
  13. 13Throw back in the onions
  14. 14There's left to do is to mix it well
  15. 15Throw in a little bit of mayo followed by ketchup and of course mustard and finish it off with Worcestershire sauce
  16. 16Mix it well and your sauce is ready
  17. 17Put a nice golden brown color on the bread
  18. 18Add the American cheese, ground beef mix, another slice of cheese and crown it with an additional slice of bread
  19. 19Apply a little bit of mayo and put it back into the skillet
  20. 20Apply a little bit more on the other side, cover it up
  21. 21Flip around to the other side
  22. 22Cook it until you achieve the crispness you're happy with

  • Ketchup
  • Mustard
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • White bread
  • Ice

Tips

  • Cook white sweet onions under medium heat to caramelize them but don't burn them.
  • Deglaze the pan with some water while cooking the onions.
  • Cook the ground beef under medium-high heat to caramelize some of the pieces.
  • Use American processed cheese
