  1. 1Cho thịt băm vào chảo phi thơm.
  2. 2Thêm nước mắm, đường, hạt nêm, dầu hào, tiêu, nước lọc vào chảo.
  3. 3Đập trứng cút vào chảo.
  4. 4Thêm hành lá vào.
  5. 5Đảo đều cho đến khi trứng cút chín.
  6. 6Múc ra chén và thưởng thức.
