3In a separate bowl, mix flour, light brown sugar, oats, and salt, then rub in the softened butter until crumbly.
4Using a hand mixer, whip the cream cheese until smooth, add the sugar, then add the eggs one by one while continuing to mix, followed by vanilla and whipping cream.
5Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust, spread the apple mixture on top, and add the crumble layer.
6Bake in a water bath at 325 degrees for 75 minutes.
