Philadelphia Cheesecake Snack Bars

Directions
- 1In a pan, mix brown sugar and butter until well combined.
- 2Add egg to the mixture and stir.
- 3Add flour and mix well.
- 4Add graham cracker crumbs and mix until well combined.
- 5Press the mixture into a baking pan.
- 6In a bowl, mix cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy.
- 7Add egg to the mixture and mix.
- 8Pour the cream cheese mixture over the graham cracker crust.
- 9Bake the cheesecake. Once cooled, cut into bars.
- 10Pipe strawberry jam into the center of each bar.
- 11Melt white chocolate and drizzle over the bars.
