Directions

  1. 1Mezcla la harina, el yogur azucarado y el polvo de hornear hasta crear una masa compacta.
  2. 2Envuelve la masa en film transparente y llévala a la nevera media hora.
  3. 3Estira la masa con un rodillo y córtala con una boquilla redonda.
  4. 4Fríe los mini donuts en aceite de girasol bien caliente hasta que se doren.
  5. 5Haz un glaseado con azúcar glass y agua.
  6. 6Cubre los donuts con el glaseado.

  • 150 grs yogur griego azucarado
  • 7 grs polvo de hornear
  • 100 grs azúcar glass
  • 3 cs agua
