Directions

  1. 1Crack an egg into a bowl.
  2. 2Add light cream cheese to the bowl.
  3. 3Add yogurt, cornstarch, and sweetener to the bowl.
  4. 4Mix together the ingredients until smooth.
  5. 5Pour the mixture into a muffin mould.
  6. 6Bake for 20 minutes.
  7. 7Let the cheesecakes cool.
  8. 8Top each cheesecake with 1 teaspoon of melted biscoff.
  9. 9Refrigerate for a few hours until set.

  • 0.5 cup yoghurt
  • 0.5 tbs corn starch
  • 0.25 cup sweetener
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp melted biscoff
