Peach Ice Cream
Directions
- 1Drain the syrup from the canned peaches.
- 2Blend the peach pieces until smooth.
- 3Pour the peach mixture into a bowl.
- 4Add one can of sweetened condensed milk to the peach mixture and mix well until smooth.
- 5In another bowl, beat two cups of cold heavy cream until thick and fluffy.
- 6Add the peach and milk mixture into the whipped cream.
- 7Mix again until everything is well blended and creamy.
- 8Add chocolate chips and gently stir it all together.
- 9Pour the mix into another bowl and spread it evenly.
- 10Freeze for at least four hours.
- 11Once ready, scoop it out.
- 12Add a bit of chocolate sauce on top to finish.
