Directions

  1. 1Chop two bananas and squeeze half a lemon on them to prevent them from turning brown too fast.
  2. 2In a bowl, mix together a large box of vanilla pudding with a can of evaporated milk.
  3. 3Add the cool whip, the wafers and the bananas to the bowl and mix everything together.
  4. 4Add the mixture to a baked and cooled pie crust (a frozen one is used in the video).
  5. 5Let the pudding set in the icebox for about 10 minutes.
  6. 6Top with some cool whip, extra wafers, bananas and caramel syrup.

  • 1 large box (5.1oz) vanilla pudding
  • 1 can (14oz) evaporated milk
  • 4 oz (1/2 of 8 oz tub) cool whip
  • 1 cup wafers
  • 2 bananas
  • 0.5 lemon
  • 1 caramel syrup
