Directions

  1. 1虾去壳，切开背部，轻拍几下
  2. 2撒上黑胡椒、盐
  3. 3腌制10分钟
  4. 4准备面糊：50克低筋面粉，一个蛋黄，50克水，混合均匀
  5. 5油温6成热，放入面糊炸制小酥粒备用
  6. 6虾依次裹低筋面粉、面糊、面碎
  7. 7油温7成热放入虾
  8. 8炸熟捞出

  • 1 个 蛋黄
  • 50 g 水
  • 1 cup 油
