Tips
For the sauce, you can adjust the quantities of ketchup, brown sugar, and vinegar to your liking, as it is not strictly measured.
If you don't have white pepper, you can use black pepper, but it is not truly the same thing.
You can eat the fried pork on its own with salt and pepper, as it is very good.
