One-Pot Creamy Pasta
Directions
- 1Add all ingredients except Parmesan to a pan over medium-low heat.
- 2Simmer for about 20 minutes, or until pasta is tender, stirring occasionally.
- 3Stir in Parmesan at the end.
- 4Top with grilled chicken if desired.
Ingredients
- 6 pappardelle pasta nests
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 0.25 cup red onion, minced
- 3 garlic cloves, sliced
- 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup (rinsed) baby spinach
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- 0.25 tsp red chili flakes
- Salt
- black pepper, to taste
- 1.66 cups bone broth
- 0.66 cup heavy whipping cream
- 0.5 cup pasta sauce
- 0.33 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
