Crock Pot Chicken and Potatoes with Caesar Dressing

Directions

  1. 1Peel and thinly slice about 3 lbs of potatoes.
  2. 2Wash and somewhat dry the sliced potatoes.
  3. 3Add the potatoes to the crock pot.
  4. 4Grab 2 to 3 lbs of chicken and chunk it up into big-ish pieces.
  5. 5Season the chicken with no salt garlic and herb seasoning and pepper.
  6. 6Add a bottle of Caesar dressing over the chicken and potatoes in the crock pot.
  7. 7Cook on high for about four hours until the potatoes are tender and the chicken is cooked through.
  8. 8Top with a ton of shredded Parmesan cheese.
  9. 9Top with a pound of cooked bacon.
  10. 10Add some chives for color.

  • shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 lb cooked bacon
  • chives

  • Do not add chicken broth, it is not needed.
