Mushroom Galette

Directions
- 1Start by making a basic pastry crust using flour, sugar, salt, a whole bunch of herbs, and tons of butter.
- 2Use a pastry cutter or a food processor to mix the ingredients for the crust.
- 3Set the dough aside to chill.
- 4Add mushrooms and onions into a whole bunch of butter and cook them in a pan.
- 5Once the dough is chilled, spread it out with a rolling pin.
- 6Add in some crème fraîche.
- 7Add all of the cooked mushrooms and onions.
- 8Add a whole bunch of Gruyère cheese with some fresh thyme.
- 9Fold in the edges of the dough.
- 10Bake it.
- 11Add in some parsley and it's ready to serve.
