Tips
Cook the chicken on medium-high heat for 6-8 minutes until golden brown.
Lower the heat completely when adding extra butter, minced garlic, and parsley to the chicken. Mix for 1 minute then set aside.
When adding milk for the sauce, make sure the pan is on medium-low heat.
Stir the sauce continuously for about 5 minutes until it bubbles a little and thickens, then add the cooked potatoes.
To reheat, place everything in a pan on low heat for 4-5 minutes or microwave for 5 minutes on a plate.
