In a pan, add 2 tablespoons of oil and heat it up.
Add 1 teaspoon of ginger garlic paste and fry it for 1-2 minutes on low flame.
Add 250 grams of boneless chicken, cut into small pieces, and stir continuously until the color changes on medium-high flame.
Add 1 teaspoon of chilli powder, 1/2 teaspoon of coriander powder, 1/2 teaspoon of cumin powder, 1/2 teaspoon of garam masala powder, and 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder.
Add 3/4 teaspoon of salt or according to taste and mix well.
Add 2 tablespoons of curd, mix well, cover, and cook on low flame for 8-10 minutes until the chicken is cooked and dry.
Once the chicken is cool, transfer it to a mixing bowl.
Add 1/2 cup finely chopped capsicum, 1/2 cup boiled sweet corn, 1/2 cup mixed green and black olives, 1 to 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, 1 teaspoon oregano, 1 teaspoon chilli flakes, 1 teaspoon pepper powder, and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
Mix all ingredients well. Add 3 tablespoons of pizza sauce and mix again.
Take samosa sheets and fold them into a cone shape.
Fill the cone with 2-3 teaspoons of chicken mixture. Do not overfill.
Apply maida paste on the edges to seal the samosa.
Prepare a batter by mixing 5 tablespoons of maida, 1 pinch of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of chilli flakes, and 1/2 teaspoon of oregano with some water.
Dip each samosa into the batter, then coat with breadcrumbs.
Fry the samosas in medium flame until golden brown and crispy (around 5-7 minutes).
