Fry the paneer until golden brown on both sides.

Cut the paneer into cubes.

Boil the peas for a few minutes.

Finely chop the red onions.

Cut the tomatoes into pieces.

Boil the chopped onions and tomatoes in water for a few minutes.

Blend the boiled onions and tomatoes using an immersion blender until smooth.

Heat oil in a clay pot over medium heat.

Add cumin seeds, black peppercorns, cardamom pods, and cinnamon stick and saute until fragrant.

Add red chilies and ginger.

Add the blended tomato mixture and cook for a few minutes.

Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt.

Add the boiled peas and the fried paneer.

Mix well and cook until heated through and the flavors combine.

Serve hot with naan bread.

1 teaspoon salt
2 naan bread
