Directions

Slice your chicken breast into cubes.

Add Cajun seasoning mix and olive oil.

Mix well.

Slice uncooked potatoes into small cubes.

Season with garlic powder, Italian herbs, paprika, and olive oil.

Mix well.

Oven bake or air fry at 200C/400F for 20-22 minutes until golden and crispy.

Cook the chicken in light butter on medium heat for 6-8 minutes until golden brown and seared.

Lower the heat, add extra butter, seasoning, honey, and parsley.

Mix well until fully coated and glazed, then set aside.

Add chopped onions to the same pan and cook until soft.

Add tomato paste and cook for 2 minutes.

Add evaporated milk and garlic & herb cream cheese.

Stir on low heat until melted and smooth.

Drop crispy potatoes and mix until deliciously creamy.

0.4 Tsp Chilli Flakes
1.2 Tsp Olive Oil
12 g Light Butter
12 g Honey
Fresh Parsley
440 g Raw Potatoes, cubed
0.4 Tbsp Garlic Powder
0.4 Tbsp Italian Herbs
0.4 Tbsp Paprika
0.8 Tsp Olive Oil
40 g Red Onion, finely chopped
16 g Tomato Paste
100 g Light/Fat Free Olive Evaporated Milk
60 g Garlic & Herb Cream Cheese

If the color doesn't change, it's not well seasoned
