In a bowl, mix 1 cup of gram flour with 1 spoon of red chili powder, 1 spoon of cumin, and 0.5 spoon of salt, ensuring no lumps.

Add some finely chopped cabbage to the gram flour mixture for extra crunch.

Separate the cabbage leaves and place the prepared stuffing inside each leaf, then roll it up.

Dip the cabbage rolls in the gram flour batter.

Deep fry the dipped cabbage rolls in oil at moderate heat until golden brown.
