Spicy Chicken in Butter Cream Sauce

Directions

  1. 1Cut a few slits into the chicken quarters.
  2. 2Remove the skin from the chicken quarters.
  3. 3Add Greek yogurt, garlic paste, salt, turmeric, coriander powder, cumin, paprika, garam masala, cayenne, and olive oil to the chicken.
  4. 4Massage the seasoning well into the chicken.
  5. 5Place chicken in an air fryer or oven and bake at 390°F (199°C) for about 25 minutes, flipping halfway through. Check for doneness and add a few more minutes if necessary.
  6. 6In a large skillet, melt butter on low heat.
  7. 7Add garlic paste, paprika, and cilantro to the butter and stir.
  8. 8Add chicken broth and let it cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
  9. 9Add heavy whipping cream and cook for 1 minute.
  10. 10Add the cooked chicken to the sauce and let the sauce soak into the chicken.
  11. 11Once the sauce has thickened, remove from heat and serve over basmati rice.

  • 0.75 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 4 cups basmati rice
