Tips
You can garnish with whatever you like. My personal favorite is some cilantro and some Yemeni salsa we call sahawat. Super simple to make.
If you have a pressure cooker, you can use 4 cups of water instead of 6 cups, and pressure cook it to save time.
For the three cups of rice, you're going to want to have about 6 cups of water.
