Directions

  1. 1Pierce the sausages with a toothpick.
  2. 2Boil the potatoes.
  3. 3Mash the potatoes with butter, salt, nutmeg and egg yolks.
  4. 4Put the mashed potatoes into a pastry bag.
  5. 5Pipe the mashed potatoes around the sausages.
  6. 6Fry the sausages in hot oil until golden brown.
  7. 7Serve with ketchup.

  • 3 eggs
  • 0 salt
  • 0 nutmeg
  • 30 g butter
  • 110 ml water
  • 60 g flour
  • 1 egg
  • 4 sausages
  • 0 ketchup
