Chimichurri Steak Bites with Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Directions

  1. 1Cut the ribeye into 1x1 inch cubes.
  2. 2Season the steak cubes generously with Brazilian steak seasoning.
  3. 3Mix the seasoning thoroughly with the steak cubes.
  4. 4Sear the steak cubes on all sides in a pan until browned.
  5. 5Peel the Yukon Gold potatoes.
  6. 6Cut the potatoes into small pieces.
  7. 7Boil the potato pieces in salted water for about 15 minutes or until fork tender.
  8. 8Drain the boiled potatoes.
  9. 9Mash the potatoes using a potato ricer.
  10. 10Add melted butter to the mashed potatoes.
  11. 11Add cream to the mashed potatoes.
  12. 12Squeeze in roasted garlic from the garlic bulbs.

  • 1 Cup Cream or Sour Cream
  • 2 Garlic Bulbs

Tips
