Level Up Your Eggs

Directions
- 1Pipe homemade buttery mashed potatoes into a ziploc bag, cut the corner, and then pipe the mashed potatoes into a glass jar.
- 2Crack an egg on top of the mashed potatoes.
- 3Cook in a water bath for about seven minutes until the egg is gently cooked and soft.
- 4Serve with some crusty bread.
- 5Season with salt and pepper.
- 6On medium heat, pour the cream into the pan and crack your eggs.
- 7Let this cook until the edges of the eggs begin to brown.
- 8Serve the eggs.
