Directions

  1. 1Cook 2 packages of smoked sausage.
  2. 2Then sauté half of onion.
  3. 3Add a tablespoon of minced garlic.
  4. 4Transfer the sausage to a bigger pot.
  5. 5Add 2 1/2 cups of chicken broth.
  6. 6Add 1/2 cup of whipping cream.
  7. 7Add a can of fire roasted tomatoes.
  8. 8Season how you like.
  9. 9Add a box of pasta.
  10. 10Cover until pasta is cooked.
  11. 11Add 2 cups of cheddar cheese.
