Directions

  1. 1Add oil to a hot pan.
  2. 2Add ground chicken to the hot pan.
  3. 3Add garlic, salt and white pepper powder.
  4. 4Add curry powder.
  5. 5Add Chinese cooking wine.
  6. 6Add cream style corn.
  7. 7Season with soy sauce and sesame oil.
  8. 8Add broth.
  9. 9Mix well.
  10. 10Serve with rice.

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 3 dashes white pepper powder
  • 0.125 tsp curry powder
  • 1 tbsp Chinese cooking wine
  • 2 x 14 fl. oz canned cream style corn
  • 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
  • 0.5 tsp soy sauce
  • splash broth
