Tips

  • You can make a vegetable lo mein by leaving the chicken out altogether.
  • Wash pre-made salad mixes even if they claim to be thoroughly washed.
  • Adjust oyster sauce quantity to your liking (recipe uses 3 tbsp instead of 6 tbsp).
  • Ginger can be added to the sauce if desired.
