Directions
- 1Melt white chocolate and butter in the microwave.
- 2Stir infrequently until melted.
- 3In another bowl, whisk the eggs until thick and foamy.
- 4Add granulated sugar and vanilla and whisk these in.
- 5Pour in the white chocolate mix and whisk until combined.
- 6Sift in plain flour and salt and fold these in.
- 7Fold in some chunks of milky bar chocolate.
- 8Scoop it into a baking tray and smooth it out.
- 9Add some more milky bar to the top.
- 10Bake in the oven.
- 11Allow to cool fully in the tin.
