Directions

  1. 1Shred the imitation crab into a large bowl.
  2. 2Add soy sauce to the shredded crab.
  3. 3Add Kewpie mayonnaise to the bowl.
  4. 4Add a block of cream cheese to the bowl.
  5. 5Squeeze Sriracha over the ingredients in the bowl.
  6. 6Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
  7. 7Fluff the cooked rice in a bowl.
  8. 8Add sugar to the rice.
  9. 9Pour rice vinegar over the rice.
  10. 10Mix the sugar and rice vinegar into the rice.
  11. 11Transfer the seasoned rice into a baking tray, spreading it evenly.
  12. 12Flatten the rice layer in the baking tray.
  13. 13Sprinkle Furikake over the rice.
  14. 14Spoon the crab mixture over the Furikake-sprinkled rice.
  15. 15Evenly spread the crab mixture over the rice layer.
